Debbie Garratt, FNP-C is an integrative family medicine practice for patients of all ages. Our Membership program consists of the following:

• Annual Executive History & Physical
  • We will address your health goals and concerns
• Wellness exams for Infants and Children tailored to their age
• Primary Care visits as needed throughout the year to manage long term treatment
• Same day & next day appointments for more urgent issues
• Nurse visits & lab draws
• Minimal wait times
• Medical management of chronic diseases (hormone/thyroid/endocrine, immune dysfunction, diabetes, heart disease, hyperlipidemia, cancer, gastrointestinal disorders, arthritis, high blood pressure, depression, anxiety and insomnia, weight loss etc.)
• Coordination of your care with other medical specialists as needed. If you require an emergency department visit, we will update the treating practitioner.
• Injection administration (injectable medications billed separately)
• Lab can either be paid at wholesale laboratory tests rates through our office or be billed to your insurance carrier at your election. (you can change the election per test but once a test is billed it cannot change to the alternate billing model)
